I am so proud to say that I now bring over 20 years of industry knowledge to Howard Hanna | Rand Realty.  I love my real estate business and much of my success is due to many fantastic relationships I have cultivated, maintained and grown through the years.  Real Estate is my livelihood and my passion and I have mastered the wonderful ability to communicate and win over all types of people and personalities, seamlessly relate with all ages, backgrounds, cultures and at the end of the day, get them all to the closing table! 

I was raised in beautiful Bedford Hills, Westchester County, New York.  I graduated from Fox Lane High School in Bedford, NY, earned my Bachelor's degree from SUNY New Paltz and my Masters degree from Pace University.  My partner and I now called Brewster, NY our home.  Putnam county has been my home for almost 25 years now.  My son and daughter are grown up and they are beginning to establish themselves in careers and work.  But our two dogs, Cosmo and Gio continue to keep us on our toes.  

My clients are guaranteed a well-seasoned broker who possesses knowledge, honesty, and the confidence and competence to properly guide them through every inch of their real estate transaction.  I have also managed and trained agents on how to become successful and year after year I continue to receive awards for outstanding production.
